This just in. Well. Actually it’s been out for a coupla weeks now. That picture of Avril’s supposed tits? Here it is again. But with another picture that *might* prove that they’re hers. You be the judge.

The site is kinda broken right now. Haven’t actually moved everything onto the new server. So bear with the broken and missing images for a bit. I’ll get everything up and running at 100% by the days end.

Oh and remember, Halo 2 works a little bit differently on Live. You can either play ranked matchmade games (you’re randomly assigned to play with random maps, random parameters and random people) OR unranked arranged games (somebody sets up a game and invites other people into the game).
So if we have enough people to get a good fubar game going, it’ll have to be an unranked arranged game so that we can invite each other to play. Just FYI if you didn’t already know.
God, i hope the Xbox Live holds up. There’s gonna be well over a million people all around the world playing this game tomorrow.
Halo 2 away!
Never thought the Tara Reid pics would get so much attention. Heck, i didn’t even look at the pics until like, 9 hours after i first posted them.
As a result of being linked by gawker, defamer, fleshbot, tonypierce, socialitelife, whatevs (aka “the big boys”) AND all these other sites, fubar practically slowed down to a crawl under the immense traffic. It happens.
Anyhow, the pics are now hosted offsite so that should probably take the load off the server and make the site a little more surfable. In any case, the hoopla surrounding Tara’s frankenboobie should die down after a coupla more days and things will be back to normal around here. Speedwise. Content wise you’re still going to be screwed since i’m still going to be too lazy to actually write ‘proper posts’.
Oh and in light of recent events, i think we’re gonna upgrade to a dual xeon server to handle the site. So if i ever do stumble upon another ‘scoop’, things won’t be grinding to a halt around here anymore. Hopefully.
Other than that, nothing much else to report.
Don’t forget to tune in to FOX tonight and catch the first episode of My Big Fat Obnoxious Boss at 9pm (EST), which, looks to be just as good as My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance. God i love these new ‘con’ reality shows. So cruel.
Oh and Halo 2 baby! It’s coming. And i’ll be waiting in line at midnight, 12:01am, Tuesday November 9th.
And so will hundreds and thousands of other people across the nation i bet. It’s going to be CRAZY. And the best part is, my Advanced Video Production class is cancelled on Tuesday! So i’ll be playing Halo 2 ALL DAY. Only stopping for food and bathroom breaks.

Some of you maybe have probably heard about this. Nintendo recently sent out a cease and desist letter to suicidegirls.com because a member on their site mentioned Metroid and Zelda (amongst other Nintendo titles) in their member profile.
You can read the original C&D letter (more of an e-mail really) here but what’s even more interesting is the follow up e-mail that Nintendo sent apologizing for the initial C&D letter and then offering the site admin and the member a free Nintendo videogame system AND game of their choice!!
Does fubar count as a sexually explicit website? Hey Nintendo, i LOVE Paper Mario and F-Zero GX KICKED ASS. Can’t wait for Metroid Prime 2 either. The first one was OFF THE HOOK.
